Monica's Harem Contract

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Monica welcomes YOU. All access to her home and other objects belonging, or related to her are at your disposal if you are subject to the following TERMS OF SERVICE (which may be updated time to time without notice to you.) By becoming a formal member of the clan, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the TOS. In Addition, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Monica provides You with access to a rich collection of resources, including without limitation various communications tools, shopping services, and personalized content. You also understand and agree that the Harem Services may include shameless advertising and that these advertisements are necessary for the Harem to provide the clan Services. (Such as example, being lent out occasionally for odd jobs, model gigs, etc) Upon finding yourself in these situations, you are expected to fulfill your obligations to the fullest extent as what you do reflects upon the Clan and the owner, herself. (In other words, Don't mess up, kid.) You also understand and agree that the Harem Services may include certain communications from the owner, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Harem Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of clan membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.

Please be aware that Harem has created certain areas on the Harem Services that contain adult or mature content. You must be at least 18 years of age to access or view such areas.

3. HAREM PRIVATE POLICY

Details of this contract and certain other information about you are subject to our applicable privacy policy. This means, Monica will never give out your personal or family information to outsiders and she expects the same of the Clan members. Monica does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when she have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

- Monica provides the information to trusted her partner, Muffin, who work on behalf of or with Monica under confidentiality agreements.

- She responds to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

- Monica believes it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Harem's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

4. MEMBER ROOMS, SECURITY, AND SET UP

You will receive a password designation for your room upon completing the Harem Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Monica of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security. Monica cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this agreement.

5. MEMBER CONDUCT

You understand that by using the Harem Services, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.

You agree to not use the Harem's Services to:

• upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to other clan members;
• harm minors in any way;
• impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a clan official, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• "stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or
• collect or store personal data about other members in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities.
