Muffin's Official Harem Contract

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS-

Muffin extends her most salacious of greetings to you. By agreeing to the following Terms of Service, you are agreeing and accepting to be bound by the terms and provision of the TOS, thus making you a formal member of the Harem. You need not be notified if and when these terms change. You shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES-

Muffin is willing and will provide you with access to a rich collection of resources. This includes without limitation various communication tools, shopping services and personalized content. It is imperative that you be made aware that you are agreeing that the services you provide the Harem may include shameless advertising and that these are necessary and not optional. You are expected to fulfill them to the best of your ability. You also understand and agree that the Harem Services may include certain communications from the owner, such as service announcements, administrative message and the Harem Newsletter and that these communications are considered part of clan membership and are therefore not optional.

Please be aware that Harem has created certain areas on the Harem Services that contain adult or mature content. You must be at least 18 years of age to access or view such areas.

3. HAREM PRIVATE POLICY-

Details of this contract and certain other information about you are subject to our applicable privacy policy. This means Muffin will never give out your personal or family information to outsiders and the same is expected of you and your fellow Clan members. Muffin does not and will not rent, sell or share personal information about you with others or non-affiliated companies, short of providing products or services you yourself have request. This will only be done with your expressed permission or under the following circumstances:

-Muffin provides the information to her trusted partner, Monica, who works on behalf or with Muffin under confidentiality agreements.

-She responds to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes, or to establish or exercise her legal rights or defend against legal claims.

-Muffin believes it necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, violations of the Harem's terms of service or as otherwise required by law.

4. MEMBER ROOMS, SECURITY, AND SET UP-

You will receive a password and key designation for your room upon completion of the Harem Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this password and key, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your room or with the use of your password/key. You agree to notify Muffin of any unauthorized use of your password/key, or any other breach of security. Such discrepancies are YOUR responsibility and failure to notify Muffin will only result in penalties and consequences for yourself. Muffin cannot and will not be liable for any loss of damage arising from your failure to comply with this agreement.

5. MEMBER CONDUCT-

You understand that by using Harem Services, you may (and probably will be) exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent and morally objectionable.

6. INDEMNITY-

You agree to indemnify and hold Muffin, the Harem and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party.

7. TERMINATION-

You cannot get out once you are in. There are to be no questions in pertinence to this rule; it is absolute, concrete and set in stone.

8. SHARED PARTNERSHIP-

Muffin would like it to be made known that every member of this Harem, including You, are also owned by Muffin's trusted partner and twin, MONICA. Upon agreement and signing of these terms of service, you are therefore binding yourself to Monica as much as Muffin. You will show her the utmost respect and treat her as Your rightful Harem Mistress. As property of Muffin and Monica, you agree to treat her Harem with the same respect you show your mistresses. Loyalty is not optional, it is demanded and expected. If you so wish to be stamped as Property of Monica, it will be discussed between both parties and only upon reaching a set term of agreement may your request be granted. This stamp entitles the bearer to more privileges with Monica than any other in the Harem. It is an honor and should be treated as such.

Upon signing this contract, you eternally pledge your loyalty to Muffin and Monica.
